Global Student Challenge
Can Your Students Invent a Better World through Technology?
The IEEE Computer Society Global Student Challenge is an international challenge asking students to create a solution, based on the IEEE Computer Society 2022 Report, that will solve a real-world issue in a smart, fresh, and innovative way.
The Challenge
Propose a solution to a real world-problem and exhibit your ingenuity. The winning submission may receive up to $1,500 and travel expenses to attend and be recognized publicly during the IEEE Computer Society Annual Awards Banquet in Phoenix, AZ, USA on 14 June 2017.
To enter submit a PowerPoint presentation, a video or an Illustrated storyboard along with a supporting essay (maximum 1,000 words) on what technologies in the 2022 report are being utilized and why you think your solution will work. In the essay through a link please include a working prototype, demo, or code.
Deadline to enter is 1 April 2017
