Mr. Young-Woon Lee's paper has been accepted for presentation in IEEE ICCE 2018, which is very major conference of IEEE....!!!
The IEEE ICCE is held at Las Vegas with CES 2018, every year. This year is the 36th annual flagship conference for consumer electronics communities (http://www.icce.org/).
Now Mr. Lee is studying on deep learning structure and model for video coding application, especially for improvement of coding gain in HEVC standard. The title of his research is "CNN-based Approach for Visual Quality Improvement on HEVC."
